Having a personal trainer is beneficial to have someone structure and plan your workouts in advance while executing perfect technique.
I focus on progressively overloading while being motivated and pushed to where a lot of people can’t push themselves to go.
How fast can I see results?
You will be surprised at how fast you can see a change with your body.
The first thing you notice is improvements in sleep, mood and energy levels within two to three weeks.
Seeing results in your body is correspondence to how you are sticking to your nutrition and training consistency.

If you are only looking for me to help with personal training, you will not need a gym membership. However, if you are looking at attending the gym on your own, yes, you will need to register.
Do I need to train for more than 1 hour
If you would like to but I like to train with a high intensity approach so 60 mins is a perfect amount of time.
Why can't I just do Cardio?
I believe weight training to be one of the best ways to burn fat.
Cardio is great for the heart and lungs and I do include some cardio with some clients, while weight training burns more calories and provides a stimulus to grow bigger/stronger muscles & bones.
Can I set the time I work out?
Yes, it’s completely up to you, I try my best to be as flexible as possible around work/home life.
Please get in touch to discuss times/dates that suit you.

A training session can be cancelled by you free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the slotted time.
Cancellation within 24 hours of your training session may still be chargeable. Please speak to me directly as I understand life can get in the way.
